I have a property with 2 houses on one lot. Would like to put an intercom at the front house that will allow someone coming to visit to communicate with the person in the back house without disturbing the front house residents. Have you a suggestion?

If the two properties on the lot are on separate electrical meters, the above mentioned item is not recommended.
