Home Controls has an absolute treasure trove  of new but overstock and manufacturer discontinued items that we’ve been selling below cost to the consumer ( sometimes to the chagrin of our dealers ). They are sold on a first come first serve basis and obviously  the item goes back to its original price when sold out or forever gone for the discontinued items.  Here are some outstanding bargains culled from our surplus item list:

AIDC1651W: Alarm Magnetic Contacts 3/8″ Recessed with Rare Earth magnets for the low price of  84 cents apiece! A really great deal since the price alone of the rare earth magnet is over a buck when purchased separately. The magnet can be mounted butt end or perpendicular to the switch.

AMFS34NPT: Floodstop for Water Heater automatically shuts off the water supply to the water heater and sounds an alarm when water is detected. Sold for less than $70 dollars, it can literally save you hundreds of dollars in repair cost due to water damage from unexpected  appliance failures and hose ruptures. LV40841DW: 75W Impedance Matching Volume Control from Leviton Priced at $31.13, this pro-grade analog volume control features impedance matching without jumpers or dipswitches. Simply pop the knob to reveal a rotary switch for matching the impedance value of your speaker connections. The 12 position volume control employs  the same heat-dissipation technology used on the space shuttle.
